To Renew Opto22 directory:

1. Close all programs.

2.  Open Windows Explorer and rename existing c:\Opto22 directory to c:/Opto22old

3.  Download and unzip the following to c:\

Opto22 (4 Mb)

4.    Click on Download icon and download furnace program

5.    Start Furnace program

6.    Go to Recipe screen, select and Load Recipe and "Send to Furnace"

7.    Open Trends and Select a Zone to observe.

8.    Click on Warmup and watch as power is applied to zone SCR's.

9.    Change PID settings to improve temperature control.  (or use a recipe with different PID settings).
