SMD-206 Tabletop Production/Lab Solder Reflow System for Surface Mounted Devices 
The RTC SMD-206 is a general purpose tabletop conveyorized infrared furnace system with a 6-inch wide belt designed for the reflow solder attachment of Surface Mounted Devices on ceramic and glass epoxy substrates. It is also suited for many other curing, heating, and drying applications. Clean efficient infrared heat is uniform through the heating section. The unit is extremely small and compact and can be easily moved about as necessary.
Solid state contols are employed for temperature and speed control. The SMD-206 has built-in line voltage regulation designed to keep heat output and conveyor speed constant despite fluxuations in line voltage. Perfect for solder reflow applications and other precision low temperature drying and curing applications.
